Sasa Drivers Info

Anyone can sign up on the Sasa Driver App. Whether you are a student, a housewife, or already have a job but want to earn a little bit extra money we welcome you to the Sasa Rides Driver App. You can work full-time or flexibly as you wish. To get started, you need a smartphone, data bundle, and network service. Download the Sasa Driver App.

Create your account by adding all your credentials. You will receive an SMS confirmation code on your phone.

Enter the OTP 4-digit code to complete the signup process.

All drivers are required to upload a clear driver profile photo or selfie showing the full forward-looking face and
shoulders.

Complete your profile, add bank details, including your full name, and bank SWIFT code (get that from your bank), and ignore IFSC it relates to India so just add 6 zeroes. We make payments from your account to your wallet.

Upload the required documents (listed below) and a front image of your car showing the number plate.

Once all documents are uploaded we verify them and activate your account within 72 hours.

Driver Requirements

  • South African Professional Driving license (PrDP)
  • Screening, to find your nearest POSTNET

Vehicle Documents Requirements

  1. Operating License:

This document permits you to carry passengers.

The document is granted by the Department of Transport in Johannesburg, Pretoria, or Cape Town. We accept a grant or decision notification letter.

2. Operating Card (Double Disc)

3. Comprehensive vehicle insurance.

The driver should be stated as the insured person.

4. DEKRA vehicle Inspection certificate.

Zimbabwe

. Full driver’s license

. Vehicle Third-party/Comprehensive insurance (in driver’s name)

. Vehicle report from VID

Australia

 Victoria

  • Unrestricted Victoria driver’s license
  • Have an ABN and be GST-registered

  • Hold current Driver Accreditation (DA) details on the CPVV website.

  • Vehicle insurance stating the driver is insured (third-party or comprehensive insurance)

  • CPV certificate. To get a CPV certificate (Commercial Passenger Vehicle) in Victoria, visit the CPVV’s website. 
  • Proof of right to work in Australia (passport, Driver’s license, Centrelink card, visa etc).
  • Sasa Rides commission – 15%

General car requirements

General car requirements

Your car should be less than 15 years old.

Minimum 4 doors.

Maximum 4 seating for cars.

Maximum 14 sitting for mini buses.

We do not accept cars that have had body alterations, or repairs, or that are third-party branded.

Sasa EC (Economy)

cars 1300cc to 2000cc

Only 4-door cars permitted

Sasa EL (Elegant)

Cars 2000cc plus

This option is for travelers who want elegancy. Can accommodate 4 or more passengers.

Sasa LX (Luxurious)

For luxurious travel.

Cars 2000 cc plus.

Minimum 4 passengers.

Sasa MX (Max)

For group or family travel

It has a maximum of 14 passengers.
